Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a representation or warranty by Public Service of the design, installation or operation of the PV System or any component thereof, and Public Service expressly disclaims any and all warranties of the equipment as to workmanship, quality, or performance, including the fitness of the equipment for the purpose intended.
