Each of the parties hereto agrees that prior to the consummation of the Closing no party to this Agreement will make, issue or release any public announcement, statement or acknowledgment of the existence of, or reveal the status of, this Agreement or the transactions provided for herein, without first obtaining the consent of the other party hereto.
