Common use of Public Statements or Releases Clause in Contracts

The parties hereto each agree that prior to the Closing no party to this Agreement shall make, issue or release any public announcement, statement or acknowledgment of the existence of, or reveal the status of, this Agreement or the transactions provided for herein, without first obtaining the consent of the other party hereto.
