Common use of Public (Third Party) Liability Insurance Policy Clause in Contracts

Public (Third Party) Liability Insurance Policy. Covering The Supplier’s legal liability towards any third party in respect of any loss or damage caused during the period of the Contract and/or in connection therewith, with a limit of liability of not less than $ 1,000,000 for any one occurrence and in the aggregate. This policy is extended to indemnify IAA, including its shareholders, directors, officers and those acting on their behalf for their liability for the actions and/or omissions of the Supplier and/or anyone acting on its behalf, subject to a cross- liability.
