Public Utilities Commission Power Generation and Power Management. The Union recognizes that PUC is changing operations in the field of power generation and power management and will continue to do so during the life of this Agreement. The parties agree to meet and confer consistent with the MOU to negotiate shift additions and changes consistent with such operations.
