The bidder must comply with the provisions of "The Public Works Contractor Registration Act", if applicable. • All named contractors must be registered with the Department of Labor and Workforce Development pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act at the time the proposal is received, or the proposal will be determined to be non-responsive. • Any non-listed contractor must be registered with the Department of Labor and Workforce Development prior to physically starting work. It is the responsibility of the General Contractor to insure that all non- listed contractors comply. • Contractors are encouraged to submit their and all named contractors’ Public Works Contractor Registration Certificates with the bid.
