Common use of Publication of Clinical Studies Clause in Contracts

Publication of Clinical Studies. PPD has read and understands the Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxx Policy of the Registration and Reporting of Results of Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxx Pharmaceutical Company Sponsored Clinical Studies (the “Policy”), a copy of which has been provided to PPD prior to the Effective Date , and agree that the Development and Commercialization contemplated herein is subject to that Policy. In connection with the Development and Commercialization contemplated hereunder, PPD agrees that it will, and it will cause any of its Affiliates to agree to, permit Xxxxxxx to register and publish the data in accordance with such Policy, and otherwise comply with all terms therein. PPD further agrees to provide, or to cause any of its Affiliates to provide to, PPD such reasonable assistance as Xxxxxxx may require in connection with fulfilling the requirements set forth in the Policy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Xxxxxxx’x compliance with the terms of the Policy will not result in a breach of any provision of this Agreement, including without limitation, the obligations of confidentiality.
