Gold Banc shall publish financial results covering at least thirty (30) days of post-Merger combined operations of Gold Banc and the Company, ending on a normal month-end closing date, as soon as practicable after the Effective Time, unless the first thirty (30) day period of combined operations ending on a normal month-end closing date ends on the normal closing date of an annual report on Form 10-K or quarterly report on Form 10-Q.
