Scheduling Platform can be reached via URL: xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxxx.xx/SchedulingSystem/3.0/WebSite/. Intraday ATC values are also published on ELES web page. However, values published on ELES web page are only indicative and not binding. Only ITRs, which have successfully registered and have access to web-based platform, can submit reservation request for ATC. ATC is available on first-come, first-serve basis according to the current market rules in Austria and Slovenia, published on xxx.x-xxxxxxx.xx (“Sonstige Marktregeln” Kapitel 3 Fahrpläne) and xxx.xxxx.xx (Slovenian Grid Code).
