PUBLICATION OF THE FINAL REPORT. 31.1. Following acceptance of the Final Report, the Authority may give the right to publish the Final Report to the Service Provider. If the Authority decides to publish the Final Report due recognition will be given to the Service Provider and to the author. If the Final Report is published in an abridged form, due recognition will be given to the author of the original report unless he has not consented to the abridgement. 31.4.
