Common use of Publication Clause in Contracts

Publication. For the purposes of this Article 9, the term “publication” means any material on or concerning the Services that the HSP makes available to the public, regardless of whether the material is provided electronically or in hard copy. Examples include a web-site, an advertisement, a brochure, promotional documents and a report.
