Common use of Publicity and Acknowledgment Clause in Contracts

Publicity and Acknowledgment. 1. All publications (as well as posters and/or abstracts at scientific meetings) reporting work funded by the Grant shall acknowledge that support in writing: “This work was supported by the Flight Attendant Medical Research Institute (FAMRI).” 2. Acknowledgment for the Grant shall include use of the complete name, “Flight Attendant Medical Research Institute (FAMRI),” in any public documents pertaining to the Grant. 3. FAMRI reserves the right to include information relating to the Grant in FAMRI’s periodic reports, newsletters or news releases or in any other materials issued by or on behalf of FAMRI.
