Common use of Publicity and Disclosures Clause in Contracts

Publicity and Disclosures. Except as required by the Exchange Act or required or allowed under the Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act, no press releases or public disclosure, either written or oral, of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, shall be made by a party to this Agreement without the prior knowledge and written consent of Buyer and the Company.
