Publicity Associated with SEP. Whenever the Settling Respondent or its agents or subcontractors or the Implementing Party publicizes one or more elements of the SEP, they shall state in a prominent manner that the project is being undertaken as part of the settlement of an enforcement action by the Lahontan Water Board against the Settling Respondent.
