Common use of PUBLICITY FOR THE OFFER Clause in Contracts

PUBLICITY FOR THE OFFER. 7.1 Each of the Company and the Promoter Selling Shareholder agree that it has not and shall not, and that its respective Affiliates have not and shall not, during the restricted period, as set out in the publicity memorandum circulated by the legal counsels in relation to the Offer, engage in any publicity activities that are not permitted under Applicable Law in any jurisdiction, including the SEBI ICDR Regulations and have complied with and shall at all times comply with the publicity memorandum circulated by legal counsel in relation to the Offer and shall ensure that its Affiliates, directors, employees and representatives are aware of and comply with such guidelines.

PUBLICITY FOR THE OFFER. 7.1 Each of the 10.1 The Company and the Promoter Selling Shareholder agree that it has not and shall not, and that its respective Affiliates have not and shall not, and the Selling Shareholders agree that it has not and shall not, during the restricted period, as set out in the publicity memorandum circulated by the legal counsels in relation to the Offer, engage in any publicity activities that are not permitted under Applicable Law in any jurisdiction, including the SEBI ICDR Regulations and have complied with and shall at all times comply with the publicity memorandum circulated by legal counsel in relation to the Offer and the Company shall ensure that its Affiliates, directors, employees and representatives are aware of and comply with such guidelines.

PUBLICITY FOR THE OFFER. 7.1 9.1 Each of the Company and the Promoter Selling Shareholder Shareholders, severally and not jointly, agree that it has not and shall not, and that its their respective Affiliates have not and shall not, during the restricted period, as set out in the publicity memorandum circulated by the legal counsels in relation to the Offer, engage in any publicity activities that are not permitted under Applicable Law in any jurisdiction, including the SEBI ICDR Regulations and have complied with and shall at all times comply with the publicity memorandum circulated by legal counsel in relation to the Offer and shall ensure that its Affiliates, directors, employees and representatives are aware of and comply with such guidelines.
