Common use of Publicity; Non-disparagement Clause in Contracts

Publicity; Non-disparagement. Neither party shall issue, without consent of the other party, any press release or make any public announcement with respect to this Agreement or the employment relationship between them. Following the date of this Agreement and regardless of any dispute that may arise in the future, the Executive and the Bank jointly and mutually agree that they will not disparage, criticize, or make statements which are negative, detrimental, or injurious to the other to any individual or company, including within the Bank.
