Common use of Publicity; Use of Names and Logos Clause in Contracts

Publicity; Use of Names and Logos. Without the prior written consent of Citizens, Vendor and Vendor Staff shall not publish or use Citizens’ name, logo, or symbols from which Citizens’ name may be reasonably inferred or implied. This includes using Citizens’ name, logo or symbol in any research, solicitations, advertisements, promotions, or any other publicity matter relating directly or indirectly to this Agreement. Additionally, without the prior written consent of Citizens, Vendor shall not disclose the existence of this Agreement, and shall not use this Agreement for marketing or business reference purposes.
