Common use of Publicly Distributed Information Clause in Contracts

Publicly Distributed Information. On a timely basis, copies of all financial statements, reports and notices, if any, sent or made available generally by AXE or Anixter to the holders of its publicly-held securities, if any, or filed with the Commission, concerning developments in the business of AXE, Anixter or any of Anixter’s Subsidiaries that individually or in the aggregate could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
