Publisher (Licensor) Authority to Grant Licensing Authority to PatentBook Administrator. The Publisher (Licensor) represents and warrants that for each of its PatentBook Patents listed in Appendix 1 Publisher (Licensor) has the full power and authority to grant the PatentBook Administrator the right to offer non-exclusive licenses as outlined in this agreement, and is the registered assignee of each of its PatentBook Patents.
