Publisher (Licensor) Control of its PatentBook Patents. Publisher (Licensor) may maintain, abandon, disclaim, sell, terminate or otherwise control its PatentBook Patents at its sole discretion. The Publisher (Licensor) shall bear all costs associated with the maintenance of its PatentBook Patents.
