PUCO Regulations Control Clause Samples
The "PUCO Regulations Control" clause establishes that the terms of the agreement are subject to the rules and requirements set by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO). In practice, this means that if any part of the contract conflicts with PUCO regulations, those regulations will take precedence, and the contract must be interpreted or modified to comply with them. This clause ensures that the agreement remains legally enforceable and compliant with state utility oversight, preventing conflicts with regulatory mandates and reducing the risk of regulatory penalties.
PUCO Regulations Control.
