PUEBLO ACQUIRED STATE LAW WATER RIGHTS. The Pueblo’s Marketing of any state law based water right (i.e., any Pueblo acquired, state law based water right that is not retired in accordance with Article 5. 1.1.2.2.1.1) shall carry with it its state law requirements and conditions.
