PUEBLO TRANSFERS FROM CERTAIN DITCHES. Upon the Enforcement Date and in accordance with this Settlement Agreement, the Pueblo shall transfer to new points of diversion, not on the below identified ditches, those portions of its HIA Right that are identified in the Taos Pueblo Water Use Survey as appurtenant to the following acres:
