PUEBLO USE OF CERTAIN DITCHES. The Pueblo, TVAA, Acequias, and their respective member Parciantes make the following agreements with respect to those acequia systems that serve both Pueblo and non-Indian lands. Nothing in this Article 8.3 shall be construed as prohibiting or limiting the Pueblo’s right to irrigate any of its Historically Irrigated Acreage in a manner consistent with this Settlement Agreement.
