Punchlist Retention Subaccount. Subject to Section 3.05, funds on deposit in the Punchlist Retention Subaccount may be withdrawn by the Borrower at any time upon delivery to the Collateral Agent of an Executed Withdrawal/Transfer Certificate to be applied in payment of all costs in connection with completion of the Punchlist items to be completed under the EPC Contract after the Final Funding Date.
