Common use of Punctual Payment Clause in Contracts

Punctual Payment. The Authority shall punctually pay the principal, premium, if any, and interest to become due in respect of the Bonds, or shall cause the same to be paid punctually, in strict conformity with the terms of the Bonds and of this Indenture, according to the true intent and meaning thereof and hereof, but only out of the Revenues as provided in this Indenture, and not otherwise.

Punctual Payment. The Authority shall punctually pay pay, but only out of Payments and pledged funds as herein provided, the principal, premium, if any, principal and interest to become due in respect of every Bond issued hereunder at the times and places and in the manner provided herein and in the Bonds, or shall cause the same to be paid punctually, in strict conformity with the terms of the Bonds and of this Indenture, according to the true intent and meaning thereof and hereof, but only out of the Revenues as provided in this Indenture, and not otherwisethereof.
