Such The Borrower will duly and punctually pay or cause to be paid the principal and interest on the Revolving Credit Loans, all Reimbursement Obligations, the Letter of Credit Fees, the commitment closing, unused credit and syndication fees, if any, the Agent's ’s administrative fee and all other amounts provided for in this Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which such the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries is a party, all in accordance with the terms of this Credit Agreement and such other Loan Documents.

Punctual Payment. Such The Borrower will duly and punctually pay or cause -------- ------- to be paid the principal and interest on the Revolving Credit Loans, all Reimbursement Obligations, the Letter of Credit Fees, the commitment fees, the Agent's fee Fees and all other amounts provided for in this Credit Agreement and the other Revolver Loan Documents to which such the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries is a party, all in accordance with the terms of this Credit Agreement and such other Revolver Loan Documents.
