Common use of Punitive Discharge Clause in Contracts

Punitive Discharge. No limitations are placed on the Members. The full range of options is available from no punitive discharge to the most severe punitive discharge permitted in this case: (bad conduct discharge) (dishonorable discharge) (dismissal). OR The minimum discharge to be adjudged for all offenses is a (bad-conduct discharge). AND/OR The maximum discharge to be adjudged for all offenses is a (dishonorable discharge) (dismissal). OR No punitive discharge may be adjudged. OR The mandatory adjudged dishonorable discharge will be commuted to a bad-conduct discharge.
