Common use of Purchase Agreements and Subcontracts Clause in Contracts

Purchase Agreements and Subcontracts. 11.14 If requested by the TCEQ, the PERFORMING PARTY must provide the TCEQ with copies of purchase agreements or subcontracts for cost items to be reimbursed under this Agreement for approval, prior to the PERFORMING PARTY entering into a final purchase agreement and/or subcontract.
