Purchase and Redemption of Creation Units. All Orders shall be handled by each party hereto in accordance with the terms of the Prospectus and this Agreement (which includes the Procedures). Each party hereto agrees to comply with the provisions of such documents to the extent applicable to it. In the event of a conflict between the Prospectus and the Procedures, the Prospectus shall control.
