Common use of Purchase and Sale of Gathered Crude Clause in Contracts

Purchase and Sale of Gathered Crude. Coffeyville and Vitol agree that upon the request of Coffeyville, Vitol shall enter into a purchase agreement to purchase Gathered Crude from Coffeyville at Cushing, Oklahoma and resell such Gathered Crude to Coffeyville at the Delivery Point. The sale price for such described purchase and sale transaction shall be the same and no Origination Fee shall be added thereto.

Coffeyville and Vitol agree that from time to time upon the request of Coffeyville, Vitol shall enter into a purchase agreement or purchase agreements to purchase Gathered Crude from Coffeyville at Cushing, Oklahoma and resell such Gathered Crude to Coffeyville at any of the Delivery PointPoints. The sale purchase and resale price for each such described purchase and sale transaction shall be the same and no Origination Fee shall be added thereto.
