Common use of Purchase and Sale of Interests Clause in Contracts

Purchase and Sale of Interests. On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein, Seller agrees to sell, assign, transfer and convey to Purchaser, and Purchaser agrees to purchase, acquire and accept from Seller, all of the right, title and interest of Seller in and to the Interests.
