Common use of Purchase and Sale of Purchased Notes Clause in Contracts

Purchase and Sale of Purchased Notes. On the terms and conditions set forth herein, Purchaser agrees to purchases from Seller and Seller agrees to sell to Purchaser each of the notes issued by Amicus International and described on Exhibit A hereto (the “Purchased Notes”) at the price equal to par, plus all accrued and unpaid interest to the date hereof (such amount, the “Purchase Price”).
