Purchase and Sale of Purchaser Stock. At the Closing, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Company shall sell to the Purchaser (or its designees), and the Purchaser (or its designees) shall purchase from the Company, the number of shares of Class A Preference Stock and Class C Common set forth in Section 1A(i) hereof for an aggregate purchase price of $14.0 million.
