Purchase and Sale of Recs. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, REC Supplier shall sell, and Buyer shall purchase, all rights, title and interest in the RECs up to the REC Quantity specified in Appendix A. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, Buyer shall not be obligated to purchase, or to accept Delivery, of any RECs in excess of the REC Quantity.
