Common use of Purchase and Sale of Renewable Energy Clause in Contracts

Purchase and Sale of Renewable Energy. The Customer may purchase renewable energy from Cooperative up to an amount equal to the Customer’s average annual energy consumption over the previous three (3) calendar years. In the event Customer has not yet consumed power provided by Cooperative for at least three years, the Customer’s actual usage shall be used to calculate an average annual energy consumption amount. The amount of energy purchased hereunder shall be equivalent to at least one (1) meg n Appendix A, which is adopted n in full.
