Common use of Purchase and Sale of the Acquired Interests Clause in Contracts

Purchase and Sale of the Acquired Interests. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement, at the Closing, Seller shall sell, assign, convey, transfer and deliver, free and clear of any Encumbrances, the Acquired Interests to Buyer, and Buyer shall purchase, acquire and accept the Acquired Interests from Seller.

Purchase and Sale of the Acquired Interests. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement, at the Closing, Seller shall sell, assign, convey, transfer and deliver, free and clear of any Encumbrances, deliver the Acquired Interests to Buyer, and Buyer shall purchase, acquire purchase and accept from Seller, the Acquired Interests from SellerInterests, in exchange for the consideration in Section 2.2. 2.2.
