Common use of Purchase and Sale of the Purchased Securities Clause in Contracts

Purchase and Sale of the Purchased Securities. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Seller hereby agrees to sell to each Purchaser, and each Purchaser hereby irrevocably agrees to purchase from the Seller, all of the Seller’s right, title and interest in, to and under, the Purchased Securities in amounts set forth opposite such Purchaser’s name on Schedule I attached hereto.

Purchase and Sale of the Purchased Securities. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the each Seller hereby agrees to sell to each Purchaser, and each Purchaser hereby irrevocably agrees to purchase from the each Seller, all of the Seller’s right, title and interest in, to and under, the Purchased Securities in amounts amounts, as applicable, as set forth opposite such Purchasereach Seller’s name on Schedule I attached hereto.

Purchase and Sale of the Purchased Securities. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, at the Closing, each Seller hereby agrees to sell to each the Purchaser, and each the Purchaser hereby irrevocably agrees to purchase from the such Seller, all of the Seller’s 's right, title and interest in, to and under, the Purchased Securities in amounts set forth opposite such Purchaser’s Seller's name on Schedule I attached heretohereto for a purchase price of $0.10 per share of Common Stock included in the Purchased Securities (the "Purchase Price").
