Purchase and Sale Purchase Price Payment. The Purchaser shall purchase the Equipment and Work from Seller, and Seller shall sell and provide the Equipment and Work to Purchaser, as provided below: (a) Consideration: Seller shall sell and provide the Equipment and/or Work, as applicable, to Purchaser as provided in and in accordance with this Sales Agreement. In full consideration of Seller's sale and provision of the Equipment and Work to Purchaser, Purchaser shall pay Seller the Purchase Price as set forth in, and subject to, this Article 11.
