Purchase and Sale Termination Date. The "PURCHASE AND SALE TERMINATION DATE" shall be the earlier to occur of (a) the date of the termination of this Agreement pursuant to SECTION 8.2 and (b) the Payment Date immediately following the day on which the Originator shall have given notice to the Company that the Originator desires to terminate this Agreement.
