Purchase Commitments Not Additive. With respect to the purchase commitments described above in Sections A.1 and A.2 of this Exhibit 9.4.2, as well as the commitment under Section 4.4.2 of the Agreement (and under Section 4.4.3, if applicable), the Parties acknowledge, for the avoidance of doubt, that purchases by CLIENT and its Affiliates and designees of Products from a given Facility may be used both to satisfy purchase commitments that CLIENT may have under this Agreement with respect to such Facility and to satisfy purchase commitments that CLIENT may have under this Agreement with respect to CLIENT’s worldwide requirement for Products.
