Purchase/Construction. (i) The Borrower covenants that he shall complete the purchase/ Construction as indicated by him in his Loan application or otherwise and shall obtain and produce to IHFL a proper completion certificate issued by the concerned municipal corporation or municipality or authority. The Borrower further covenants that it shall be his responsibility to ensure that the Construction of the Property is in accordance with the National Building Code of India issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards and also meets with the safety standards prescribed therein.
Purchase/Construction. The Borrower covenants that he shall complete the said construction as indicated by him in his Loan application or otherwise and obtain and produce to BANDHAN BANK a proper completion certificate issued by the concerned Municipal Corporation or Municipality or any other competent authority and/or the purchase documents as the case may be.
Purchase/Construction. The Borrower covenants that he/she/it shall complete the purchase / construction as indicated by him/her/it in his Loan application and in accordance with the sanctioned plan or otherwise and obtain and produce to the Bank a proper completion certificate and occupation certificate issued by the concerned municipal corporation or municipality or authority. The Borrower further covenants that it shall be his responsibility to ensure that the construction of the property is in accordance with the National Building Code of India issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards and also meets with the safety standards prescribed therein. The Bank will be given written notice on completion of Construction. The Borrower will obtain certificate of occupation and certificate of completion.
Purchase/Construction. The Borrower covenants that he shall complete the purchase/ Construction/extension/improvement of the Property as indicated by him in the Sanction Letter or otherwise and obtain and produce to the Lender the purchase documents or the completion certificate issued by the concerned Statutory Authority, Municipal Corporation, Municipality or any other applicable competent authority, as the case may be.

The Borrower further covenants that it shall be his responsibility to ensure that the construction of the property is in accordance with the National Building Code of India issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards and also meets with the Version August 2021 [3] safety standards prescribed therein. AUSFB will be given written notice on completion of Construction. The Borrower will obtain certificate of occupation and certificate of completion
