Purchase/Construction Sample Clauses

Purchase/Construction. The Borrower covenants that he shall complete the purchase/ Construction/extension/improvement of the Property as indicated by him in the Sanction Letter or otherwise and obtain and produce to the Lender the purchase documents or the completion certificate issued by the concerned Statutory Authority, Municipal Corporation, Municipality or any other applicable competent authority, as the case may be.

Purchase/Construction. The Borrower covenants that he shall complete the said construction as indicated by him in his Loan application or otherwise and obtain and produce to BANDHAN BANK a proper completion certificate issued by the concerned Municipal Corporation or Municipality or any other competent authority and/or the purchase documents as the case may be.
Purchase/Construction. (i) The Borrower covenants that he shall complete the purchase/ Construction as indicated by him in his Loan application or otherwise and shall obtain and produce to IHFL a proper completion certificate issued by the concerned municipal corporation or municipality or authority.
