Purchase Date Collections. Within two Business Days after the Purchase Date, NFC shall transfer to the account or accounts designated by NFRRC (or by the Subsequent Transferee under the Further Transfer and Servicing Agreements) all collections (from whatever source) received on or after the Cutoff Date with respect to the Designated Receivables and the Related Security conveyed by NFC to NFRRC on the Purchase Date pursuant to Section 2.01.
