Common use of Purchase Decision Clause in Contracts

Purchase Decision. Each Purchaser acknowledges that it has, independently and without reliance upon the Funding Agent, and based on such documents and information as it has deemed appropriate, made its own evaluation and decision to enter into this Note Purchase Agreement and to purchase an interest in the VFN. Each Purchaser also acknowledges that it will, independently and without reliance upon the Funding Agent or any of its Affiliates, and based on such documents and information as it shall deem appropriate at the time, continue to make its own decisions in taking or not taking action under this Note Purchase Agreement or any related agreement, instrument or other document.
