Common use of Purchase Decision Clause in Contracts

Purchase Decision. The Purchaser acknowledges that it has, independently and without reliance upon the Agent or any other Owner and based on such documents and information as it has deemed appropriate, made its own evaluation and decision to enter into this Agreement and, if it so determines, to purchase Percentage Interests hereunder. Each Owner acknowledges and agrees that it will, independently and without reliance upon the Agent, the Purchaser or any other Owner, and based on such documents and information as it shall deem appropriate at the time, make its own decisions in taking or not taking action under or in connection with this Agreement.

Purchase Decision. The Purchaser Each Buyer acknowledges that it has, independently and without reliance upon the Agent Agents or any other Owner Buyer, and based on such documents and information as it has deemed appropriate, made its own evaluation analysis and decision to enter into this Agreement and, if it so determines, to purchase Percentage Interests hereunderAgreement. Each Owner Buyer also acknowledges and agrees that it will, will independently and without reliance upon the Agent, the Purchaser Agents or any other OwnerBuyer, and based on such documents and information as it shall deem appropriate at the time, continue to make its own credit decisions in taking or not taking any action under or in connection with this Agreement.

Each Owner The Purchaser also acknowledges and agrees that it will, independently and without reliance upon the Agent, the Purchaser Administrative Agent or any other Ownerof its Affiliates, and based on such documents and information as it shall deem appropriate at the time, continue to make its own decisions in taking or not taking action under or in connection with this Agreement.
