Purchase for Own Account; Acknowledgment of Risk. It is acquiring the Securities purchased hereunder by it or acquired pursuant hereto by it for its own account without the present intention of resale or distribution. It acknowledges that it may not resell or otherwise transfer such Securities without an effective registration statement or exemption therefrom under federal and applicable state securities laws, and that it may have to hold its investment for an indefinite amount of time. It further acknowledges that the purchase of the Securities is a risky investment and that it may lose its entire investment hereby.
