Purchase is Sole Remedy. The sole remedy of the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee and the Secured Parties for any extension or modification of a Receivable under Section 3.2(b) or a breach of a covenant made by the Servicer in Section 3.2(c) or (d) is the Servicer’s purchase of the Receivable under this Section 3.3.

Nothing in this Section 7.05 shall limit any person’s right to seek and obtain any equitable relief to which any person shall be entitled pursuant to Section 9.12 or to seek any remedy on account of any intentional fraud by any party hereto.
