Purchase More Panels. Owner may ask Developer if any additional panels are available for any time during the Term of this Agreement. Should panels be available, an estimate of this schedule is provided as Exhibit A to this Agreement. Should panels be available, purchase may occur only during June or December and such panels will not be eligible for any tax credits.

Should panels be available, the price of additional panels declines by 1/30 of the price for Owner’s Panels as written on this agreement each year, never declining to less than the cost of an individual panel on the open market plus installation of $100 per panel.
