Purchase of Assets by Manager. If Sprint PCS has assets located in the Service Area that Manager could reasonably use in its construction of the Service Area Network and if Sprint PCS is willing to sell such assets, then Manager agrees to purchase from Sprint PCS and Sprint PCS agrees to sell to Manager the assets in accordance with the terms and conditions of the asset purchase agreement attached as Exhibit 2.6.
