Common use of Purchase of Common Shares by the Company Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Common Shares by the Company. In the event that the Company purchases or acquires any of its Common Shares after the Record Date but prior to the Distribution Date, the Company shall not be entitled to exercise any Rights associated with the Common Shares so purchased or acquired. Upon reissuance of such Common Shares by the Company the Rights shall again attach to such Common Shares as set forth in Section 3(c) of this Agreement.
